If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email us within 30 days and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.

1. Our Guarantee

We stand behind everything we sell. If you purchase any product from The Wedding System and you're not happy with it, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund.

This applies to all products — the main guide, the Budget & Vendor Tracker, and the Vendor Scripts & Contract Red Flags PDF.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@builtatthekitchentable.com with:

  • The email address you used at checkout
  • A brief note on what you purchased

You don't need to explain why. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Processing: We process refund requests within 1–2 business days of receiving your email.
  • Credit back to your card: Typically 3–5 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. What Happens After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, your access to purchased materials is revoked. We ask that you delete any downloaded files.

5. Partial Refunds

If you purchased multiple products (e.g., the main guide plus upsells) and only want a refund on one item, we're happy to refund just that product. Let us know in your email which item you'd like refunded.
